I’m very excited to share with you my interview on the popular “IoT Podcast” with Stacey Higginbotham. We had a great conversation on what it takes to bring IoT products to market and how to tackle some of the most common challenges IoT product companies face today.
I recently spoke at the Enterprise IoT Summit in Austin, Texas. It was a great event that brought together IoT thought leaders from around the country, as well as product and business leaders from companies working on industrial and enterprise IoT applications.
Below is a link to view the recording of my talk, which focused on how to create a strong end-to-end strategy for IoT products.
I explain the top three strategic pitfalls I see companies of all sizes falling into today:
- Not addressing a real customer pain
- Lack of focus on the company’s core strengths
- Making inconsistent decisions across the end-to-end product
Check out the video to see my recommendations on how to avoid those pitfalls and ensure you have a strong strategy for your product.

In this ProductTank San Francisco talk, I describe the complexities of managing an Internet of Things (IoT) product, and walk you through my IoT Decision Framework.
I recently had the pleasure of being interviewed by Ravi Kumar for his podcast series on Product Management. The interview revolved around feature prioritization and the 4 pillars of product leadership. Enjoy!
